Studios management only.
What you've made — across studio sessions, DJ events, beats, and any income you've logged by hand. The month and year run up to today. A deposit-only session counts as the full price once you mark the artist as showed up, and as just the deposit if they were a no-show (mark those below).
What you made each month — your best month is highlighted so you can see when business was strongest.
Had a session or a gig that never made it onto the calendar — a walk-in, a cash job, anything paid outside the website? Log it here and it's added to your profit totals above right away.
Deposit sessions still waiting on a decision. For each one, mark whether they showed up (you were paid the full price — they settled the balance at the studio) or were a no-show (you kept the deposit only). Your profit totals update to match, and the session drops off this list to keep it short. Sessions paid in full online need no action and aren't shown here.
A broad view of everything on your schedule — studio sessions, DJ events, and any time you've blocked off — so you can see who's booked and when. Use the arrows to move between months. Click a day to see its time slots below.
Something came up? Block a date — or a specific window on a date — and no one will be able to book a studio session or a DJ event during it. Blocked time shows on your calendar above and closes those slots on both booking forms right away.
Set what you charge for each service. Raise or lower any price whenever you're ready — the change takes effect immediately for new bookings, and the prices shown on your website update to match. Hourly services are billed per hour; beats are a flat price.
These are the preview tracks in the “Hear The Quality” player on your home page. Add a new one, or remove any you don't want shown — the home page updates right away. Each preview plays a 30-second clip; set where in the track that clip should start.
These are the beats for sale on your Buy Beats page. Add a beat, or remove one any time — the page updates right away. Mark a beat Free to offer it as a free download. Mark it Early Access to keep it off the store and send it to your subscribers first — then hit Drop to Store when you're ready to release it. (Lease and exclusive prices are set above in Your Prices.)
Everyone who joined your list from the site. Send them new beats and promo deals from the Beats section above (use Email Subscribers on any beat). Add someone by hand below, or remove anyone any time. People who unsubscribe drop into the second list so you can see who opted out and clear them out.
Email all your active subscribers — great for a studio-time promo deal or any news. (To send a new beat for a first listen, use Email Subscribers on the beat above.)
Every email you've sent from here, newest first — list announcements, beat first-listens, and one-off notes to a single subscriber (welcomes, birthdays, private promo codes). Tap one to read exactly what went out.
Finished tracking a session? Choose who it's for — a booked artist or someone from your subscriber list — attach their finished song files (send as many as the session produced — eight or more is fine), and send. They get a professional AMP Studios email — and a text — with a direct DOWNLOAD link for every track, the same reliable way beats go out to your subscribers. Pick a subscriber and they get a warm thank-you-for-being-a-subscriber email with their music attached. There's no extra step: their music is right there in the email, ready to download the moment it arrives.
Every session you've sent out, newest first. Each one shows the artist, the tracks, and when it went out — and you can re-open the same download link the artist was sent at any time.
Upcoming DJ events with a remaining balance. Check Balance Paid once a client settles up — unpaid clients get an automatic payment reminder on the day of their event.
Custom quote requests from the DJ form (e.g. wedding add-ons). Price the line items and Send Quote — the client gets it by email & text and can accept (and pay) or decline. If they decline, their notes appear here so you can adjust & resend or close it out.
Every event consultation form a client has filled out and sent in, newest first. A copy is also emailed to you the moment one comes in — but they always show up here too, so you never miss one. Read the details and build their quote.
